As we travel through this time period known as life, sooner or later we all face tragedy.
Just to be aware that other people know what we are facing and have sympathy for us, helps
to nourish our soul and give us the strength to endure.

I am starting chemo tomorrow morning after being diagnosed with 3 tumors in my left
lung - one constricting the brochial tube on that side.
They tell me the odds aren't good
because I have some lymph involvement but I'm determined to beat it. I am 52. I will pray
.... I come out of this and beat this demon. God has sent us on this journey for a reason.
I've learned over the past month and a half that I have a lot more patience and strength
than I ever knew I possessed. I believe that God will pull me through this......
