Peanut is an English bulldog puppy that never grew up! He is a beautiful, red, wrinkled bulldog that's eleven months old.

Physically he is eleven months old. His head, legs, body, and tail have all grown up to be a regular sized bulldog. But, his mind is still witty bitty! Peanut is the silliest dog around... He's a clown! He runs and whirls around and falls over! He jumps straight up into the air as if he were trying to catch a butterfly!

When it was nap time this afternoon, Peanut was told to 'Go Up'. Usually Peanut runs to his crate and settles down for a little nap. But today, Peanut just had to go outside... "Just for a minute," he said.

Ten minutes later I went looking for Peanut. He had jumped in the water dish and splashed out most of the water. Then he went to the fish pool and scared the fish. Then he ran to the driveway and played with the yard dogs...

"PEANUT!" I yelled. "It's time for your nap! You Go Up now!"

Peanut came running and jumping. "I forgot..." he said.

Peanut settled down but kept on talking.

"Hush up," Mama Judy said. "You are the P-nuttiest dog in the world!"

Peanut was quiet. For ten minutes, he was quiet.

"Peanut?" I asked. "Are you pouting?"

"Oh, no," he answered. "I'm trying to figure out what 'P-nuttiest' means."

"Well, do you know when Sugar Cookie or Sweet T. Pie act silly, they are acting a little nutty? So, when you're silly and flop around, you are more than just a P-nut... You are the P-nuttiest!"
