Peanut and I were playing with Jeb and Peanut's sister Sugar Cookie in the yard last week. It was almost Halloween and it was time to get Jeb's costume ready. This year Jeb was going to dress up like a Honey Bee! Now, let me tell you something. Jeb likes to eat! He had gotten so chunky that he couldn't fit into his suit! The store said that 'One Size Fits All' on the costume but they didn't know about Jeb! So we struggled to get the Honey Bee outfit over Jeb's head and then his little tummy... He looked so cute!

The secret was that I cut an opening right up the middle of the suit and sewed a ribbon so we could tie it tight! Can you see the bow?

Peanut wanted to be a ghost and ran to his bedroom to get a white sheet. He found one with holes in it for eyes. But, when he put it on he said, "I can't breathe! Take it off!"

I think he scared himself looking in the mirror!

"Peanut! You don't have to wear a costume for Halloween... You could go Trick-or-treating and pretend that you are a dog!"

Sugar said, "That would be easy for Peanut to do!"

Then I had an idea! "Peanut! I know. I'll make you a big pumpkin head mask and you can stick your tongue out!"

So Peanut was a 'Pumpkin Head' for Halloween. But, here's a little secret: Peanut fell asleep before the children came trick-or-treating and missed the whole Halloween!
