Peanut and I were relaxing in the flower garden. Peanut always checks to see how big the Dogwood Tree from Floyd T and Michelle is growing. He said, "Look how tall the new tree is! It's bigger than I am!"

"Yes, it is," I replied. "But, you're taller than that smelly tree stump."

"P-U!" said Peanut holding his nose with his paw. "Why does it stink?"

"It's a Skunk Stump -- That's where the skunk always sits to eat his dinner."

"Are you sure?"

I told Peanut the tongue twister about the skunk stump.

"A skunk sat on a stump. The stump thunk the skunk stunk and the skunk thunk the stump stunk!"
