Puppy Gal's Presents

I wrote the following words for another breeders website and I wanted to share them with
you because they are the best I've ever written which describes an English Bulldog. Each English Bulldog has their own lovable personality and sweet disposition! All of our bulldogs are healthy, intelligent and hard headed, but trainable. Bully pups as a general rule are not mellow. They are rowdy pups, on-the-go teenagers, active adults and tend to be heading toward the "couch potato" mode around 2 years of age. They are high demand and high maintenance, but worth every moment of care. They pass gas, burp and snore, but make you smile through your worse heartache. When people ask me "what is an English Bulldog like" I respond, a 10 year old boy. They burped and pass gas in your face and never seem to hear a word you say!!! And just like children they require dedicated, consistent training to become the companion you expect them to be. You can NOT leave them cooped up or alone and expect them to be wonderful, child or a Bully. Bullies, like humans, need an environment that allows them to be wonderful! Information presented here is strictly my opinion based upon research and/or 50 years experience at rescuing animals of all sorts. Consult your vet and perhaps even get a second opinion from another vet about all you read on my website. |
