Chicken & Garlic Flavored Treats
1 package dry yeast
2 tablespoons warm milk
1 egg
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup cornmeal
3 cups all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon dried graded garlic
Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add egg and 1/4 cup flour. Let sit 5 minutes, then add broth
and corn meal. Add remaining flour a little at a time to keep the dough a soft ball
consistency. Rest in covered dish 30-40 minutes. This does not need to double in size.
Roll to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into shapes. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
