Call 731-376-0635 - Judy
The E-Mail Function has been disconnected due to the unbelievable number of Spams
and Scams. If you need to speak to me please call (731) 376-0635 between the
hours of 7 AM and 7 PM CST. This is a private residence, we are not a company. This
telephone number is on the State of Tennessee and Federal NO CALL lists for telemarketers.
Please do not call me in reference to when we will have available puppies, I will post that information on
the website when the time is appropriate. Be polite and you will receive same in return, but if
you are rude (don't call me Judy if you refer to yourself as Mr. or Mrs. I'm not beneath you in
life's pecking order) or ask explicate sexual questions about breeding, I'll say goodbye
and hang up the telephone.

Support Your Local Rescue Groups
It's that time of year when critters need tender loving care, please call your local
Rescue Group and ask if they need bedding, toys or newspapers for their rescues. Rescued
critters don't care if the sheets have stains, a small hole or the elastic has stretched
out of the "fitted" type, old blankets or bedspreads are good as well as garments with
lots of thick material which can be cut into bedding, i.e. outgrown fleece jackets. Old soft mismatched towels and wash cloths are always
appreciated and I'm sure they use tons of old newspapers to line the crates, especially
with small pets. Old t-shirts and sweatshirts are a welcome sight for most rescuers. Small pets and
puppies love to snuggle with stuffed animal toys. If they have parts which can be pulled
off be sure to remove them (usually eyes and noses) and put a stitch or two to close the hole. This
is a great way to teach your children the spirit of giving and get your closets cleaned
at the same time. Maybe the rescue group will allow you to have a party for the
critters. If so make plenty of homemade doggie treats. I don't know about kitty treats,
mine get a heaping table spoon of tuna as a treat. Tie knots in old socks which are missing
a mate or have a hole, maybe add a little cat nip (better ask the rescuers about this one).
Last but not least, drop some change in the donation bucket.
Never use a laser pointer beam to play with or exercise an animal.
It can and will cause 'obsessive-compulsive disorders and aggression' to the point that the animal
will have to be 'put down'. I have documented proof of this happening with an English Bulldog.

like people, need an environment that allows them to be
wonderful!
- Do NOT put a collar on a Bully, use a harness!!!! At 3 months or so we use a British Training Lead
in addition to the harness.
- Do NOT give a Bully anything made of Rawhide!!! They can choke on it because it becomes slimy!!
- Many English Bulldogs are allergic to Febreeze and similar products, causes hives.
- English Bulldog skin rash, infections or loss of hair, if your Bully has a skin rash, infection or hair loss with
scratching, we recommend
Malaseb Shampoo(TM)(Contains - Miconazole Nitrate 2%, Chlorhexidine Gluconate 2%)
Doing this first could save you Mega $$$. Order online from www.valleyvet.com with a vet's prescription.
if he/she does not stock this product.
- Cherry Eye, if you let your English Bulldog Puppy, I don't care who you bought it from, play with
another dog, there is an extremely high risk of the other dog's toenail scratching the
Bully's third eyelid, which will get infected and cause this condition. If you notice
a pink cast to the eye, or your Bully rubbing it, immediately get "liquid tears" and use
it for lubrication until you can get your "baby" to the vet for antibiotic ointment. Taking
this action immediately might eliminate the need for surgery. (Cherry Eye info added
to this page 12/1/04)

Raising a laid back English Bulldog puppy!
We raise bullies so that people can enjoy this lovable, "one of a kind" breed as a
companion. If you want a "laid back" bulldog, or dog of any breed for that matter, you
must provide a calm, relaxed environment. If you want a puppy to "tease and pick at",
"get riled up", play with roughly or be your fighting partner, please don't apply for one
of my babies!! This type of interaction is very destructive both physically and mentally
to any dog and can result in an unmanageable, aggressive canine, depending upon the severity
of the interaction.
Our puppies are NOT to be a plaything for children or other animals!!

Just what is an English Bulldog?
Bulldogs are the clowns of the canine world!
And a bulldog puppy is a bunch of smiles rolled up in an ill fitting fur coat.
Our bulldogs do not drool as much as some people think.
And when our adult bulldogs pass gas, they look at us, shake their heads slowly,
and say "You did that!"
And you should know that a bulldog can 'kick' you out of bed when they dream...
And a bulldog can snore very loud!
When there are more than three bulldogs asleep in one room, it's louder than a freight train!
If you ever wanted a pet that was the center of attention when you
went walking and would watch TV with you,
the right choice is a bulldog puppy!
